Hailey Rambo, BSDH – Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist

My passion for Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy started early in my career.  After earning my Bachelors degree in Dental Health Science from Pacific University in 2013, I was fortunate to work alongside a dentist that recognized the role of orofacial development and function in common dental conditions, TMJ, airway, sleep and total body wellness.  It was during this time that I realized that answers to my own health concerns were, quite literally, right under my nose.

In 2015, I began my treatment for orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMDs).  The more I learned about the variety of signs and symptoms associated with OMDs, I realized that many of the patients I saw as a dental hygienist needed this therapy as well and I was in the perfect position to help them identify the root cause of their health and dental concerns.  I began my post-graduate training with the International Association of Orofacial Myology in 2019 and expanded on that education in 2021 with Sarah Hornsby, in affiliation with The Breathe Institute.  I am a current member of the International Association of Orofacial Myology, as well as the International Association of Airway Hygienists.

I am fortunate to have called Oregon home my entire life, originally from Eastern Oregon and now residing in Bend.  Time with family and friends is very important to me and I’m the youngest of three girls.  Being outdoors also brings me great joy, whether it is hiking, boating, working in my garden or playing with our Boykin Spaniel, Koa.
